Support Our Activities
Ozarks Water Watch is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting water quality in the upper White River watershed. In order to perform projects and activities toward this mission, we rely on funding and partnerships with area businesses, agencies, organizations and individuals. Please consider supporting our mission through sponsorship of our projects or through a charitable donation.
Table Rock Lake Shoreline Cleanup-Become a Sponsor!
Sponsors of our annual Shoreline Cleanup on Table Rock Lake have made it possible for us to organize this event which, to date, has removed over 260 tons of trash and 3,500 tires from Table Rock Lake! Unfortunately, there is still more to be done and we are encouraged by the hundreds of our fellow lake-lovers that volunteer to help out and also love to get the nice t-shirts that we provide as a Thank You! See the sponsorship levels available for the Table Rock and the Taneycomo Cleanup events at the project summary link.
TLC for Taneycomo! Annual Taneycomo Cleanup.
The Taneycomo Cleanup has included over 100 people who filled 3 30-yard dumpsters with trash! This event continues to grow, and with the recent flooding, we anticipate that there will be even more work to be done to remove litter and trash from our lake. This year we are offering a combined sponsorship option to area businessed and organizations that would like to sponsor both our Table Rock Lake cleanup event and Taneycomo event. The letter and forms are the same (right).
Golf for Water Quality
Our golf classic is our biggest fund raising event of the year and is only made possible with the help of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and our sponsors. A BIG thank you to White River Valley Electric Coop, Country Mart, Bass Pro Shops, Big Cedar Lodge, and State Park Marina. The golf classic is held at Buffalo Ridge Golf Course which has been rated the Number One Public Golf Course in Missouri by Golf Magazine and has been named one of the Top 10 Missouri Courses by Golf Digest for 11 consecutive years. And, yes, there are many live buffalo right next to the course but they don't seem to pay much attention to the golfers! So if you are looking for a wonderful place to show off your golfing skills, check out Buffalo Ridge. And why not get a team together and play golf for water quality in 2016! Just let us know!
